I have some Robert irvine bars with similar macros 370-380 calories 30 grams of protein that I got for less then a dollar each. I bought them because there kinda good and cheap, but I think I've gained a few pounds from them as I make my way through the box of 24.
The super cookie crunch was tasty as hell and I would devour it everyday until I realized the amount of junk and fillers these bars had.
A meal replacement as someone above said but even then junk ingredients and will leave to hungry.
