These Fire TV soundbars have nothing to do with Fire TV streaming devices. They are literally just hdmi soundbars with no special features.

The one on Woot is open box "like new". The one on Amazon is brand new.

I just got mine today. It was a brand new, sealed unit for $37. I don't understand why, but I'm happy. I usually don't like refurbished stuff, but the speaker in my office TV kept giving me problems, so I didn't care. It sounds surprisingly good. I was going to get the Insignia model, but this is much better.
