Is this really 3.8 pounds? That's heavy for a non-gaming 14-inch class laptop...

My least favorite dell XPS, the trackpad is just weird, make sure to try it out in store before you bring it home or go on a long drive.

The Dell Premium laptops are not XPS, the XPS laptops generally don't have touchscreens.

Same here and I confirmed by chatting with BB.

In typical BB fashion my rep told me it has no warranty buy heh, we have an extended warranty for $$... Sorry, I'm not a fan.

Watch for OLED burn in.
When these first dropped quite a few stores had one. That's right each store has exactly one, making it very likely to be the display model.

Last year Dell got rid of the XPS name, and this laptop has the same chassis as the last gen XPS (Core ultra 100s). But don't worry, XPS is back this year!

I got the Asus Zenbook S16 with AMD 365 processor 24gb/1tb for $677. How does that compare to this XPS. I am an average user, surfing the internet. I am a Best Buy Total Member and have a longer return policy and anything I buy that is good - excellent gets an extended warranty.
Should I return my S16 for this XPS?

Looking at specs, these 2 are very similar. The performance marks are very close. Even the graphics score similarly. I only see the 8gb memory as a difference. AND, do you prefer 16 or the portability of a 14 screen? Or the lack of physical function keys on the dell, which are a deal breaker for some.
