Exactly. I put full synthetic in an old Toyota sequoia with high mileage and it started leaking from the head. Full synthetic isn't always the way to go.

Agree. Especially here in the states where "Full Synthetic" and "Synthetic Blend" can both be applied to Group III base stocks. Granted, a fair number of "Full Synthetics" are only applying that term when talking about using GTL technology...but there's many "Synthetic Blends" that would readily outclass "Full Synthetics" of 10-15 years ago...especially when we're talking SQ rated oils like this one.
