This is the big one.

Although there is an app with 8000 recipes, the unit itself is not bluetooth (which is a good thing should IP ever go out of business or stop supporting older units).

-

9 Cooking Functions: Pressure cook, slow cook, steam, sauté, sous vide, make rice, yogurt, cake, or simply keep your meal warm—all in one appliance with intuitive dial control.

Guided Cooking: An angled control panel with a clear message display and cooking progress bar, paired with 25 recipe presets and step-by-step instructions, makes every meal foolproof.

Safe, Easy & Silent Steam Release: WhisperQuiet technology minimizes noise for a peaceful kitchen, while the perfectly placed one-touch steam release button lets you release steam effortlessly and safely.

Good Food Done Faster: Cook up to 70% faster compared to slow cooking methods.
Sturdy Anti-Spin Pot: Stainless steel (18/8) pot with a tri-ply bottom that stays in place for seamless sautéing.

Family-Sized Capacity: The 8-quart capacity is perfect for up to 8 servings—ideal for larger families, gatherings, meal prep, and batch cooking.
Quick Cleanup: No more fighting about who has to do the dishes. The dishwasher-safe lid and inner pot make clean-up a breeze.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

If you like Hummus, Yogurt or Gang Garee this thing makes it so fast.

I was probably the last person on earth to get an Instant Pot; seemed like another gimmicky gadget......but of course once someone gave me one I became a member of the cult. I use it at least 4 times a week.

I prefer the pro 8qt. It gets to 15 psi. Not sure about this one. Also, the pot on the pro has handle.

8q Pro is nice, but additional stainless steel inner pots with the handles are $129 (I mean, I might as well just buy another whole machine for that money).

The 8q Duo replacement pots are $25 on sale, so I slap a silicone lid on them, and put it in the fridge/cooler while I use a fresh pot for the next batch of food. The un-handled 8qt pots are so common, you find them at Goodwill for $5

Consumers have left non-stick cookware in the past.

Nobody wants to eat any 'forever chemicals' anymore. Big Chemical keeps trying to sell you a new version of PTFE, PFOA, PFAS or PXXX whatever to coat your pots and pans....

8q Pro is $125 right now so save that $4 vs just buying the pot.
