Must resist... I already have 5 IPs (one 8qt, three 6qt, one 3qt). They are awesome. I primarily use them for homemade yogurt (https://www.glueandglitter.com/so...stant-pot/), a personal whole-grain mix, sweet potatoes, beans, corn, various soups, etc.

Yes, but, sadly, I think the max has been discontinued. It's the one I use most (at normal high pressure of 11-12psi). I greatly enjoy the auto-pressure release as programmed.

i use my 6qt A LOT for boiled eggs and boiled peanuts lol. when i found out i could boil a pound of peanuts in like 1.5-2hrs that's when i knew my purchase was justified.
