The Instant Pot Pro 8 quart stands out as a versatile countertop cooker for pressure cooking, sous vide, yogurt, and everyday batch meals. The temperature control and sous vide mode get especially strong praise for yogurt, shrimp, and other staples like beans, soups, sweet potatoes, and boiled peanuts. Its set it and forget it convenience also replaces stove top pressure cookers for some kitchens. The main drawback is that it needs counter space and can be easy to forget once stored away. A practical pick if you want one appliance to handle a wide range of cooking tasks.
