No. They don't fold. ANC and call quality is better than 4s. I'd still buy the XM4s....or go with XM6s which have the benefits of the 5s, but fold like the 4s.

For what it's worth... I have used these headphones for about 2 years for gaming (15 hours a week) and have had zero issues with them regarding the hinge or anything else. I don't travel with them much except for occasionally on an airplane 2-3 times a year. I also have the XM4 but use the XM5 because the sound quality is a just a little bit better.

I travel with them all the time. Use them for all kinds of things. They are as solid as the day I bought them.
