I strongly advise against purchasing these products. I had them for nearly 15 months before they suddenly stopped working with my devices. I tried various troubleshooting steps, including resetting and updating the device, but none of these solutions were effective. When I reached out to their customer support, they were unable to assist me and instead offered me a 20% discount coupon to purchase a new pair of headphones. As a result, I've decided to discontinue buying Bose products. I've since switched to Sony headphones and have been quite satisfied with my purchase.

They are great for flights. I Use the gen 1 and the over the ear quiet comfort ultras. For flights. And while the ultras are better. These are good for earbuds

I have the first version and those are amazing for flights! I have the new Samsung buds4 pro and I took the Bose for my flights over them.

Afaik, the Sony xm6 are better in ANC performance but I would only consider those if you can get them at this same price.

I just started using these coming from AirPods Max. I think the noise cancelling is just as good as the AirPods max, if not better. Still can hear announcements. I prefer these over the max, just for the weight difference. As long as you have a good seal, you should be good

these since this is gen 2 and xm5 is an older generation from sony. if you had mentioned xm6 then it would level the playing field. AI had mentioned the flagships from Bose and Sony differ in weight and seal in ear. take these facts into consideration

I've read online and I have the QC quiet comfort over the ear ones from Costco and both of them do not have good call quality if answering calls in a noisy environment.
I work in Manhattan, I like to make calls on my commute while walking in busy NYC streets. I used the over the ear ones for taking a call while walking and the caller could barely hear me!
So if you plan on taking calls in a noisy environment please read up .

These are exceptional. Have had them for a couple years. Noise cancelling works great in the gym too.

The noise cancelling is good, but the battery life on these are meh, and their software sucks at least on Android. Would constantly have pairing issues if I took one ear bud out, it was resolved by uninstalling the app but then you can't use some of the features.

Everything I've read, if I want to compare this to the Sony XM6 or AirPods Pro, the latter two are better for voice calls than Bose quiteComfort II. Does anyone have experience?
