If you don't want to worry about that, they now sell the type you can attach a removable battery to from your (certain-branded) cordless tool collection. I have not looked into those, but I do come across them sometimes while browsing AliExpress.
I don't see many combination models under $30, but if you find some better ones for the same price as this, I'm all ears!

I've looked into those, and they can fail as well...
Even my lead-acid jump box can be stronger and more dependable than these, but it was over $100 and too bulky to carry around.
I keep it charged at home for those dead battery situations here. Highly rated for a good reason: JNC-660 Jump and Carry.

Inflator is the regular event - $25/ few years. Or Costco (gas +) inflate for free - does not seems an SD for me.

My Costco is a half-hour drive, which I cannot do on a very low tire. My current inflator was needed daily until I got my tire repaired. It had a screw in it and lost about 12 lbs of air each night. I finally got my repair done after day 3 of reinflating it.
For either jump starts or low tires, it should also be rarely needed. Whenever either solution is needed, the convenience is worth buying one for.
Everyone should have both available. I sincerely hope you never need to find this out the hard way.
I have needed a jump now and then, and tire inflation so well worth having the tools right there. Cheap enough insurance. I can also call AAA. But that is a one or two hour wait!
