LEGO's silence on the BAM controversy happening has been deafening. Not taking a position is still a position, and I have decided to pause any LEGO purchases until they do. If you haven't been watching it, brace to go down quite a rabbit hole into corporate malfeasance, genuine law-fare, and police misconduct and weaponization - it's nuts.

The BAM group is an authorized reseller, but each store is independently owned. What do you want LEGO Group to do exactly?

They don't own them; and the five BAM stores I've visited don't seem to want to be in the "new Walmart/target retail Lego set" business - so what's your desired outcome?
If I manufacture clothing and sell it to your franchise consignment boutique and then you fraudulent rip off a customer; the public is supposed to expect the manufacturer to make a statement? What would you like them to say?
"I'll pay for the crime I'm in no way involved in"?
"Gee, that really sucks"?
I don't think any of their legal counsel or PR would even consider allowing a statement in any way.

Next time, either have the balls to put up with a suggestion, or the decency to stay quiet. You know, to honor your education...
