This thing is a BEAST!!!! The deck is stamped, so not sure how long ir would last in a commercial environment. Other than that, the 22HP Kohler is a game changer. I had to mow 2' tall grass on 1.5 acres, wow it tore it up!!!
I recommend people watch some YouTube videos about these mowers. I wanted one but it appears their transmissions go out right after the warranty ends. That was enough to scare me away.

Unfortunately pretty much all sub-3k tractors use the same TL-200 transmission. This transmission is considered 'sealed' (aka non serviceable).
On the bright side, you CAN service the transmission by changing the fluid to a high quality synthetic 5W-50 (they ship with 10W-50, but the manufacturer specifically calls out 5W-50 as better for handling high operating temps). Lawn mower manufacturers don't recommend this service due to the trans. being 'sealed', but general recommendations from DIY homeowners seem to be within 50 runtime hours of buying a mower with this transmission, change the transmission fluid.
With this service and proper regular oil/filter changes, people get 500+ hours out of transmission without problems.
