Higher price than the listing on Aliexpress just a little while back but still a good deal. Comes with 5 year warranty from Bluetti and for the money I don't think anything gives you close to the usability of this unit.

I got this from Alliexpress about a week ago from the Bluetti store - great condition, top of the pack for power stations of this capacity and inverter size.

Did NOT have that same positive experience in the first swing with Ecoflow refurb units from ebay.

Only 1 year with "refurb", "renew" comes with 2 years. Only the new features 5 year warranty.

The unit couldn't be turned on the moment I needed it most. I kept it always plugged in to make sure it was fully charged. Windstorm caused power outage. I tried to use it to charge my phone, but found out this thing couldn't be turned on. Power recovered the next day, still this thing was totally dead.

I contacted the manufacturer, they sent me a replacement unit. I had to pay for returning the old one. The customer service behaved like did me a big favor.

I received the new unit, still kept it always plugged in. Every month I checked it can still be turned on. Then a little more than one year, the replacement unit totally dead, again.

I never used this thing to charge anything, not even once.

Not dependable. Stay away from this brand.

nice story, but this unit has only been out for 10 months, and your story of woe goes back more than a year. are you trying to tell us you had an elite 100 v2 well over a year ago? or did you conveniently neglect to tell us you were talking about a different model, and not this particular one?

Something sounds fishy here...

I serve on the board for my local little league, we purchased 3 different sized units for our little league to run our electric pitching machines instead of using the gas powered units that most other little leagues use. We have owned the Bluetti units for few years now, they get thrown around every day during our 3 baseball seasons (Spring Season, Summer camp, and Fall Ball) as they are stored in a hot metal Conex container with the pitching machines and pulled out on our off road kart for practices Monday thru Saturday. Our units get charged while sitting in the sun because our concessions stand is a tiny trailer, then used for hours in the sun with high current Bata branded pitching machines. On ocassion the units have been hit by line drive baseballs and we have yet to have a single failure.

We also use them to power sounds systems, jumper castles, inflatables etc, during our festivals. We even used 2 of them to power our concessions stand when some crackheads stole the power lines down the street last month.

Bluetti boxes have treated us so well we are considering purchasing a couple of additional units to give us more flexibility when we host our festivals. We always fast charge them, and have the "power lifting" feature enabled since the pitching machines have huge electric motors that pull upwards of 2000W when starting up.

Mine is "BLUETTI Elite 30 V2 Portable"
I did not pay attention to the model. My comment is regarding the brand.
Usually if once customer reported bad experience, other customers would have got alerted. Rarely seen other customers provide positive testimony.
I am surprised how supportive Bluetti's fans are.

Your good experience with the brand does not make my bad experience "fishy".
You mentioned "fishy" make me feel your testimony fishy.
What do you mean "fishy"? You meant I had some malicious intention to defame the brand? In that case, can I say you must work for the seller and trying to boost the review?
If you pointed out I commented on the wrong model like the other response above, then I acknowledge that is a fact. If you are commenting about something subjective and leads to conspiracy, then get lost.

Well you did in fact post about a model that you apparenlty owned for 2 years since each failed after 1 year each... yet like other's have pointed this is a different model than what you have.

You say your model is the Elite 30 v2, but that was released in the US on July 31st 2025, so its impossible that your failed "Then a little more than one year, the replacement unit totally dead, again" is impossible because that would mean you have traveled into the future to fail your unit.
