Yamaha makes great stuff, great deal
But, the Posted price is a bit misleading, standard price is about $2200

I hear these are great guitars, but make sure you want to keep it. They don't hold their resale value that well. For $1,500 you may be better off with a brand that is easier to resell unless you know you love Pacificas and will keep this for life.

Reverb listing prices are often… aspirational, you might say. The actual sales prices mean quite a bit more. Reverb itself thinks that a used one can sell in the $958-$1,519 range. Then subtract Reverb's fees and what you might pay for shipping. Reverb is the place you go to sell a guitar when you can't move it at places with lower transactional costs.

It's a good deal for a new guitar, if it's the specific guitar you want. Probably not the best impulse purchase or "I just want a guitar" purchase. $1,500 will get you a lot of guitar if you're a careful shopper and comfortable buying used.
