Seconded, I'll pitch the $2 just to support him, I watched a ton of his videos when I first got an espresso machine. Super helpful stuff. He's very informative without being patronizing.

There's no way this needs to be a book.

A pamphlet, maybe.

Check:
Roast date
Grind size
Water quality
Water temp
Steep time
Hit with a fatty milk, MCT oil, pinch of salt.
Baby, you've got a stew going!

option 1
step 1, buy good coffee, at a roastery. the terrible coffee at amazon tastes decades old
step 2, buy a burr grinder, measure 28g to grind
step 3, buy a mochamaster, hit the switch to half pot
step 4, buy #4 paper cones and brew coffee with a 16.9oz bottle water

option 2
buy any size cup for a dollar at McDonalds cuz dis shit is very expensive to make right

It does. It gives multiple examples using different common pourover products (V60, Chemex, etc.)

This thread isn't incorrect in that this doesn't NEED to be a book. But it's not a bad book. It's short and not too wordy. I learned a lot from it, and it's good to have for a quick reference. It's an easy $2 buy.

nescafe pod at 75cents per pod will cost you thousand dollars that you could spend on espresso machine, but it does have convenience to just throw away pods and not care about anything
