Same. I essentially want to go back in time. I realize I can't have apps anymore... maps are too handy... but I want zero connectivity to Google. I am considering loading my Pixel 6a with GrapheneOS.

While the phone looks nice, I see two drawbacks for me.

It isn't recommended for the Verizon network, which I use.

If I'd want to trade it in sometime, there will be no value. I had this issue with the Essential PH1.

I bought the nothing phone 2 512gb used - acceptable (minor and major screen scratches) a couple years ago from Amazon for $370. Great deal on a great phone.

When it arrived, the screen was Indeed scratched to hell and back.

I was about to box it back up, and noticed it was just a screen protector.

Took it off, looked brand new. Don't be afraid of buying the used one and saving a few more dollars.

Kinda need to upload your own os onto any modern phone to get what you need. Though you should be able to do that with this phone.

He is almost certainly talking about online ai connections. Your answer is correct that it has them, but it would also respond yes if it had basic locally ran camera models.

Used their CMF Phone 2 and the Nothing 2. Good devices, well built. The CMF is a backup device with good battery life, pretty good camera. A friend has the (3) and was quite impressed by it overall. He liked the stock OS feel, the build quality and camera quality.
