CHEAPEST would be to use a OTA antenna and watch Spanish channel Telemundo I would think.
IF you don't mind watching it on Spanish and don't get Telemundo in your home, then next "cheapest" would be to sign up for Instacart+ trial, then use Mastercard to extend the Instacart+ trial by 2 months, Instacart+ comes with Peacock premium subscription which will have Spanish streaming of World Cup.
Walmart+ membership also comes with Peacock Premium though if you don't already have the membership then it probably isn't worth it over getting the Fox one subscription.
For English, I think best price is Sling TV Select at around $16.50/mo if you get 3 months sub. Monthly sub isn't any cheaper than Fox One BUT you do get other channels.

yes, I'm hooked on it.. I meant I want more of it.. Read the screening was bad so they pulled it, didn't know about lawsuits.. I'm not much of a westerns guy but it seems closer to a docudrama. The reality was pretty brutal, maybe not for everyone's taste. ...

I got prime and amc+ just for that series, I enjoyed it. Season 1 and 2 are great. Season 3 and 4 are ok
