IF you don't mind watching it on Spanish and don't get Telemundo in your home, then next "cheapest" would be to sign up for Instacart+ trial, then use Mastercard to extend the Instacart+ trial by 2 months, Instacart+ comes with Peacock premium subscription which will have Spanish streaming of World Cup.
Walmart+ membership also comes with Peacock Premium though if you don't already have the membership then it probably isn't worth it over getting the Fox one subscription.
For English, I think best price is Sling TV Select at around $16.50/mo if you get 3 months sub. Monthly sub isn't any cheaper than Fox One BUT you do get other channels.
I just added it for myself.

Thank you. It worked. It showed that it was switching my plan from MGM to BritBox, so I went ahead with it anyway. It ended up signing me up for BritBox while still keeping my MGM subscription.
