I bought a similar one for $20 from the deal the other week. These are great for light items, toys, 3D filament etc.

Once assembled it has semi-decent structure. I'd definitely buy another if needed.

I got one off of the previous deal also. Final price I paid was $23.
It's a cheap shelf. 2000# is laughable, no way.
I'm not mad at it but $30 is probably pushing what I would want to pay for it.
Ignore the picture pay attention the dimensions.

I got the other deal at $21 and am quite happy with it. The shelves thin wood material like a clipboard except less durable. The metal is half as thick as a gorilla shelf so I'd say more like 50lbs max per shelf not hundreds like advertised. It is exactly what I wanted a cheap shelf for misc gardening stuff. The all plastic shelve alternatives are crap also and cost more. It only let my buy one at last sale price so it was $34 for the second one I ordered. This links to the smaller shelf and it asks $41 for the larger as in description here.

The instructions are poor, I wonder if you didn't put in the crossbars and bend the tabs down. It's hardly true they cant hold towels as we have this exact item and are using it.

I got one of those 16x36x72 units for my 3d printer. It is more than sturdy enough for such a use but the vertical angle iron is pretty thin and i wouldnt trust it anywhere the uprights could get bent like in a garage with shovels and such around. For a laundry room, closet clothes storage bins, 3d printing zone in home office etc its a lot better than the cheap round tube units you find on amazon for 20-30bucks. I also would buy another if i needed more shelving.
