Thanks for posting! You may want to update your title to show the price is $619.99 and also add YMMV because I don't see any available in my area. Let me know if you need any assistance Smilie

These are display units from Best Buy stores. Check out my comment on the earlier post about this laptop.

I was able to find the 16" 4K OLED with the RTX5050 for $880 open box. Yeah definitely YMMV. It did not show online but it was in-store. Worth checking out at the store their open box items

I recently purchased this laptop as an open-box/display unit. The registered warranty shows an expiry of August 24, 2026, but this start date predates my ownership. Can the warranty start date be updated to my purchase date, and how can I extend coverage for an additional year? When I reached out dell support they are saying to contact the reseller.

I wouldn't contact support. I will contact Dale and say hey I would like to extend my warranty before it expires and this is my service tag. Make sure transfer to your name or anything else like that just telling you bought it new which you did. You didn't know that whatever if they ask. But just extended if you want to. Otherwise go the Best buy and buy warranty from them. Also used a total membership. You could take it back and ask him to do a return we buy with your total membership and at least get 60-day return window so you can beat it up and see if it is not going to work for you. It shouldn't fail if you like the computer. It should just work.

Hello, we are not the seller and cannot help with the warranty. You would need to reach out to the reseller on the website where you purchased it.
