My understanding is the bank and Newegg would not be responsible for Paze not paying out. So a chargeback wouldn't be relevant for this, as Newegg in particular has a legitimate case and are not bound to honor a Paze promo.
What if I don't see the credit on my card statement?
If your credit hasn't appeared after two billing cycles from when the transaction posted, contact your bank or credit union with your purchase details.

You're supposed to deal with your respective bank. Paze doesn't offer direct customer support, similar to Zelle, which is owned by the same company. It's probably going to be extremely hard to convince a bank rep, who's most likely at a call center in another country, that they owe you multiple $10 credits for using Paze when they likely have no clue what it even is.

Sucks that they nerfed the Paze option for gc (other than newegg gc). I was ready to have another round. Only got 75 orders in the first time (already received all 75 gc)
Better pray that Paze won't change the offer.

Looks like it's the Summer of Dunkin for me.
Hello obesity for me. Unless big brains here find another thing to use on? United? Wendys?

if they change the offer that should only apply to transactions after the change. If they say the changes apply retroactively then they open themselves up to lawsuits and investigations

Confirmed still working with Dunkin' - I screenshot the $10 off $10 messaging as I checked out. YMMV of course but if you like Dunkin' it's still live
Is there a way to buy Dunkin gift cards with Paze, or do you need to do an actual food order?

Exactly this. For those that bought with the risks in mind, this was worth pursuing full throttle. Maybe I'm just getting older but sometimes it's worth it to be picky about deals to avoid significant hassle if it doesn't go the way you expect.

It's laughable that people think in our current political and business climate that they have any rights in situations like these. Being a hassle to reps can get you pretty far, but the ends have to justify the means. There's way less power for the consumer now than even 2 years ago (CFPB being doge'd, etc).

of course people have rights still. Maybe turn down the hyperbole a few notches. If such a situation were to arise it would work its way through the courts and state attorney general offices first, not administration goons

If you could oblige, please point to another example like this where the outcome you're describing is how things went down. The scale would need to be so much bigger than people who follow deal forums. There is always weasel language in these promos that allow a business to back out of a deal at their convenience.

Even so, for a couple hundred bucks people want to tie up our attorney general instead of them working on much more legitimate issues in our society?

If you're spending at the merchant normally then this is not much of a risk. If you are buying gift cards for not normal spend then you are foolish. People buying all dunkin gift cards are pretty stupid. I wouldn't even waste my time for that. I still have $40 of Dunkin credit from T-Mobile offers for 5-10 years ago that was never used

I did it through the app. Buy a gift card and Paze shows as an option - even has the $10 off $10 screen pop up, at least for me. Had it sent it to myself as a text, clicked it, added it to my account, then merged the resulting $$$. Good luck!

how about you oblige me by looking up every similar case then guide us through their faults and merits before each outcome?

Yeah there is language in the terms of this offer bringing up abuse which would be something to debate if it even got that far
