However, per Paze spokesperson:
"I want to let you know that because usage has become heavily concentrated at one merchant, we are clarifying the program's eligibility for certain transactions to better align with the original goal of driving broad, sustained adoption. This promotion was designed to introduce cardholders to Paze and encourage them to use it as a convenient checkout option across many online retailers over time.
Practically, what this means is that consumers will no longer be able to purchase third-party gift cards through Newegg with this promotion."
The spokesperson also confirmed that orders placed from yesterday until today, when Newegg stopped allowing Paze for 3rd-party gift cards, will be honored as per the original promo terms. Per the terms, it can take up to 2 billing cycles for that credit to post to your account.

Another interesting observation...I recently obtained the Citi Custom Cash before they closed applications. For that card, it appears that Paze is unavailable through the Citi Card Control portal. I also did a product change from Doublecash to Custom Cash, and that card does show up in Paze.

Also not sure why people are buying from some third party sellers on newegg. After the gift cards were not longer possible, most of my purchases were monoprice cables and adapters. Prices are similar to the same product on amazon so they did not jack up prices.
The terms explicitly say:So the purchase must qualify by the end of September 10, but the $10 credit does not have to appear by September 10.
I'm going to take a chance tonight and see what happens. I'm a little late to the party.
Edit: Your terms say the Qualifying Purchase is determined by the authorization date OR clearing date, depending on the payment network. So a transaction showing "pending" tonight does not automatically mean you lose the offer.
If your transactions remain pending for 2 or more days
There are two possibilities:
- If the payment network uses the authorization date: you're likely fine if the transactions were authorized on September 10, even if they post later.
- If the network uses the clearing date, there is a risk if they don't clear until after September 10.
