AIRHAS barefoot shoes are a low-cost way to try an anatomical toe box shoe for lifting, driving, or everyday wear. The promo code brings the price to about $18 to $20 with free shipping, and the shoes have been used successfully for powerlifting and stick shift driving. Fit runs inconsistent, though, with reports of both half size small and half size big, so sizing needs extra attention. The sole was also described as 7mm thick, which may be too much for anyone wanting an ultra thin deadlift shoe.
Common Questions (4)
Yes, the code works with the product link and can bring the total to about $18.48-$19.91 depending on checkout timing and tax. The free-shipping checkout breakdown also shows the promotion and coupon savings applying correctly.
Sizing up by half a size is the safer choice because the US sizing can run small. One purchase matched a regular size, but multiple reports say these shoes run about a half size large or small depending on the pair, so checking the size chart and reviews is important.
The seller reportedly said the sole is 7mm thick. That is thicker than the 2-3mm some lifters want for deadlifting, so it may not be ideal if you need the thinnest possible sole.
Yes, they can work well for driving a stick shift. The thin barefoot-style build gives enough pedal feel for manual driving, and one wearer reported they were good on the first day of use.
