The name of these things always bother me...They don't generate anything (on their own). They store power, deliver it, and then are a brick until you can charge them again. Doesn't make them bad, just a poor way to describe the product to me.

2029 or later. Elections are in 2028, but new administration will take affect in 2029

And even then, I expect they need congress approval and some new legislation, so make it more like 2030-2031, if anything happens at all.

Is Jackery UL listed yet?

Can this discharge 240v while plugged into and charging from a 120v?

They generate electricity stored in chemical bonds, same as combustion generators.

Or you can buy 2 x 3600 with Jackery parallel connect adapter included for 120/240v and 7100wh 7200w for $2700. This mama weights 120lb while each 3600 weights 77lb. More manageable.

Think of it this way. A gas generator does not generate gasoline right? It should be called "gasoline powered electricity generator" and "solar powered electricity generator" but that does not exactly roll off the tongue, so the short form is a reasonable descriptive choice.
