I'd buy this if it was just a plain cube
Too bad no basic RAID levels.

Mine run cool, and feel nice and sturdy.
Transfers are a tad faster even when used on a crapdop that doesn't even do 10Gbps 3.2.

The 'swap drives' image is a flat-out lie. It's almost a bad English way of trying to explain that each drive has its own power switch. There is NO WAY you're swapping out any drives on it while it's connected.
Even though pics can make it look like it's a joy to swap in/out drives, no, it's super annoying...like if you've ever experienced doing so in a PC case where you/someone else decided 'This time, I will use ALL the screw mounts!' when mounting the hard drives...plus add like 6 more screws, and you NEED to use them all.
---
It also has a weird optical illusion where you don't -think- it's going to weigh a lot when filled, but hoooo boy it seems like the 4 drives double in weight when you pick it up
Oh and if anyone is confused by the HDMI jack, it's just a passthrough for if your USB-C on the computer side is the video output.
