Also per their warranty policy :The warranty for memory cards (except surveillance memory cards) does not cover usage in devices such as video recorders, security systems, surveillance cameras, body cameras, or continuous recording/audio recording devices.
This card is not their "surveillance" card, that is the "high endurance" which only has a 2 year warranty. So if you try to claim warranty and say use case is active recording they won't support it. Use case would have to be photos / storage.
