I bought a Toto for when my Bio Bidet breaks and it won't break. 5 years strong.

I also had a Bio Bidet USPA break down while in warranty (the nozel wouldn't spray and sounded like the pump motor had gone bad). I contacted them and they wanted me to pay for shipping it back + a $35 cleaning fee. Luckily it was very easy to get a free exchange from Costco online and the second unit has been going strong for almost 3 years.

My Bio Bidet could not service less than 2 years use and asked me to pay shipping cost + $35 cleaning fee too. Would Not buy any Bio Bidet again. PASS

I think people who have bad experiences are more vocal. Most people are happily quiet. Bio Bidet hasn't been around for decades because they've simply been fleecing customers out of money.
