It is a little more expensive, but does come with a year supply of Hot Pockets and Doritos.
Don't forget your flamin' hot Preparation H.

Wait. Every Bio Bidet I've purchased has broken down (lid, spraying mechanism) or malfunctioned within 2 years. The Toto I replaced them with has been going strong for 3 years with zero issues. They truly are worth the premium.

I bought a Toto for when my Bio Bidet breaks and it won't break. 5 years strong.

I also had a Bio Bidet USPA break down while in warranty (the nozel wouldn't spray and sounded like the pump motor had gone bad). I contacted them and they wanted me to pay for shipping it back + a $35 cleaning fee. Luckily it was very easy to get a free exchange from Costco online and the second unit has been going strong for almost 3 years.

My Bio Bidet could not service less than 2 years use and asked me to pay shipping cost + $35 cleaning fee too. Would Not buy any Bio Bidet again. PASS

Wait for Toto 100%. These are junk and their customer support sucks. Don't throw your money away on this company.

I think people who have bad experiences are more vocal. Most people are happily quiet. Bio Bidet hasn't been around for decades because they've simply been fleecing customers out of money.
