Got the same model yesterday, shipped from California. The quality is amazing for the value. I don't know if it mentions it, but the controller came with its own little case, something my $70 PS5 and Xbox controllers do not. I was apprehensive as I was unfamiliar with the brand, but I was pleasantly surprised.

It's about 5/6 of an XBOX controller. Switch saw it as a Pro controller, I just got it yesterday so that was my only use so far. It had a dongle, that isn't needed for the Switch. To change modes you just hold a combination of 2 buttons, and it remembers your last mode.

I picked this up last week, and the default connection on it shows up as a PS5 controller. There is a reddit post online for downgrading the firmware to v4200, so that it recognizes as an Xbox Controller on PC instead. The firmware flash process requires the GameSir Android app, and connecting to it from an Android device. I'm not sure if there's an iOS equivalent process, but I had an old android phone lying around and was able to make it work.

We have a couple of these and they're decent for a budget controller.

I was choosing between this and the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C. I ultimately went with the GameSir Nova Lite for its more A-shaped frame and the hard shell case. The case is super convenient for travel and reduces the chances of losing the wireless dongle. Caveat, only 250Hz polling rate in wireless mode.

This controller does not have gyro. I received mine yesterday, from last weeks deal. So, it's not a good choice for Switch.
It does have it's own custom case, which includes a spot for the usb dongle. It seems to be a decent controller. But if I had known about no gyro before ordering, I wouldn't have bought it.

Still a GREAT choice for Switch. Your use may be quite unique, you surely should ensure your gaming peripherals are properly equipped for your niche needs.
