What I have done to make it work:
1) Try to log in normally (not sure if important)
2) Open incognito and sign into id.me and find search for the samsung offer (make sure its the one you qualify for) and go there - it will transfer you to samsung
3) My offer page is empty so then I go to regular samsung website and find the product and it automatically changes to the offer price.
Samsung website has been broken for over a month now and their "support" is a joke. Its ridiculous for any company let alone one as big as samsung
oh well I won't die waiting for the S27U.

I originally got the 1Tb and buds4 pro for $1104 total after tax, but I'm returning and getting the 512gb with same buds for $919 after tax (I have two EDU accounts).
