These are shoes for 'Marathon Day'. If you are looking for training then go for Nike Zoom Fly 6 that are also on discount. I run 5K 4 to 5 times a week and bought Zoom Fly 6 yesterday. I am going to use them on run days and use the Nike Vomero Plus 18 for recovery days.
If you are not a runner and looking for smooth 'Walk on the cloud' experience and some jogging then go for Vomero 18.

From the title of the shoe, I thought they were for cycling. Then the description including "carbon fiber Flyplate for increased propulsion and stability" really made me think they were for cycling.

You're gonna break an ankle if you roll your ankle in these. That thing is like a two inch lift, sheesh.
