ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York and Rhode Island) (the "Eligible Territory") who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid driver's license at the time of entry ("Entrant").
Timing: The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
PRIZE: Three (3) Prizes Will Be Awarded, based on the order of random selection, as follows:
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize winner will receive a 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR and two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Cincinnati Reds game on September 20, 2026, at Great American Ball Park (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the grand prize: $39,000.) TAX, TITLE AND PLATES NOT INCUDED AND TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.
FIRST PRIZE: Two (2) first prize will be awarded. Each first prize winner will receive two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to a mutually agreed 2027 Cincinnati Reds regular season home (subject to availability and blackout dates) and the opportunity for winner and guest to view batting practice on the field at the game in which the tickets are valid. (ARV of each first prize: $1,750.) TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.
Total ARV of all prizes: $42,500.
