Don't buy and waste your money on this. The monitors don't hold up - keeps tilting down and if you manage to somehow keep it up, a slight touch will make monitors tilt downwards. I was using two 27" curved monitors

The reviews are all good. Any chance you got a dud, or your monitors are particularly heavy?

Did you read the instructions and adjust the suspension strength like you're supposed to?

Yours sound like you haven't done anything to adjust them, just out of the box, take it as-is, not adjusting to support the monitor weight or your desired level of tension. This is an adjustable feature.

I received it and set it up yesterday in my office. Sturdy and solid quality. I have a 27" and a 24" monitor on it, hold it up well. The 'secure click' feature is super nice, and comes in handy. Easy to assemble together by myself. No longer need to mount/ screwn in the monitor to the monitor arm while holding the heavy monitor.

I helped my coworker to install the last version of the dual monitor arm from this brand. It doesn't have the secure click feature. It requires to screw in the monitor to the monitor arm. 2 person need to do that assembly.

While this updated version has the secure click feature, I assembled the monitor arm all by myself.

a QR code provides in the instruction book to lead you to a video to show you how to adjust the tension, and how to adjust the tilt angle. $27 to get this monitor arm, it's a good deal.
