It's your run of the mill sports drink but no sugar. So that means at least 2 artificial sweeteners, in this case Ace K and Sucralose. And it also means unnecessary agents used to thicken/emulsify the liquid, in this case two different types of gum. So outside the gums which can cause GI distress immediately, you really wont see the long lasting effects of artificial sweeteners unless you are consuming a massive amount. They definitely will give the drink an off taste on the back end but less than those drinks that utilize Stevia or monk fruit (the natural sweeteners)
