I feel like you are half joking, but I don't see a ton of sealed deluxe editions on eBay. Plenty of standard editions sealed that have sold for $10.00 and less though. Then there are sealed guardian edition for around $10.00-$15.00. Not sure how it compares to the deluxe. I'd wager you could potentially list the deluxe for $20.00 all-in, but would probably lose $5.00-$10.00 of that to shipping and fees, so maybe netting $10.00-$15.00 tops is your best bet.
Locally you might do better, since you can avoid taxes and fees, but a lot harder to find a buyer local, especially in smaller towns, where the internet is open to customers all over the country (or even world, depending on what selling allowances you set).
