Sweepstakes Period: The Meritage Resort Summer Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00am PDT on June 3, 2026 and will end at 11:59:59 PM PDT on September 1, 2026

The Sweepstakes is void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia, and void where prohibited by law, regulation, statute or other appropriate authority, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entrants are not required to submit to any sales presentation or promotional program or to purchase any goods or services in order to enter this Sweepstakes. The following prize package is available to be won: one (1) two-consecutive-night stay at The Meritage Resort and Spa; one (1) $100 resort credit, valid toward dining, spa services, and resort experiences; and the Napa Valley Wine Train Gourmet Express Experience for two (2), which includes a three (3)-hour immersive train ride through Napa Valley aboard a fully restored 1915 Pullman railcar, a three (3)-course wine country-inspired meal prepared and served onboard, one (1) digital boarding photo keepsake, and a welcome glass of non-alcoholic sparkling cider per guest. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,000. Resort stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply, transportation is not included. The Napa Valley Wine Train experience does not include alcohol and is subject to availability
The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.
