Unless these have changed, I thought they were gross.

Update: The last time I bought these was 2012. After reading reviews and thinking about it, there are times when my wife makes a pot of drip and it's unbelievably weak. This might help keep the peace. I know I'm crazy because I'm going to try them again.

It's basically 40mg caffeine booster based on cold brew coffee base , coffee concentrate to make it taste like an espresso shot and some added caffeine. Like a red eye , where you put a shot of espresso in a cup of coffee 😅

No creamer but you'll likely need it.

Have these always had corn syrup? Almost 15 years ago I bought a massive box of these (yep, from SDs) and took them to the office. They were a huge hit with everyone and yep, we'd drink them straight to get a quick jolt of energy. "Just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in."

I'm in the same boat. I bought it 13 years ago. I don't remember there being any but it's possible I just wasn't paying attention.

They give these away at Cumberland Farms. They're really for adding to a regular coffee for extra caffeine. Drinking one straight up is definitely gross.
