Excuse my ignorance, but what is the purpose of having impact rated nut drivers on a handtool?

You can swap these tools from the handle to an impact driver.

My dude, there's a link to the product on this deal thread. Read through it. They go out of their way to tell you what it can do to convince you to buy it.

But it's a nut driver, stores it's own nuts. Maybe the shaft is removable to use it on a drill/driver. I'd get the Klien on at Lowes though for $20. It also can do screwdriver bits, which are included and can store in the handle.

I'm not sure why a person wouldn't buy the Klein instead - imo that's a much better deal. Same impact-rated nut drivers/sizes, both magnetic, but the Klein also includes other bits, which all store in the handle.

FWIW They have two completely different grip profiles. You would need to pick it up to decide which you prefer - if you don't know already.

That said, the Klein Quad-8 is also worth taking a look at.

In my field I use 1/4 and 5/16 a ton. A lot of times it's way more convenient for the nut drivers I need to be like this instead of in a big set or back on my work truck. I don't always need to put it in my impact but the ability to switch to an impact for stuck on screws makes it invaluable to me. I could also see this being very useful for a non professional who wants a go bag tool kit or truck tool kit. Something like that.

These are great if you use this size of nuts on a regular basis.
