Only covers the standard $8.99 shipping rate.. Is that like only the small items and not the oversized large stuff?

Still waiting for the email, but looking at the link posted above it says Standard Shipping Only. I recently checked on shipping cost for the 46 inch Yukon box and it was around $140. So my guess is, yes, only for the little stuff. Unfortunately.

That said, can still be useful for an item you've been waiting for to come in stock but never does at your local store. I got the 12v Herc right angle grinder that way, there was no stock in my entire state, but I was able to order online.
