I bought it, and the quality is decent. They ship from a warehouse in the USA, and I received mine within two days. I think the only downside is that while you can lock the recline function but you can't adjust the backrest tension.

I bought practically the same chair last week, just without the foot rest.... For the price it's not terrible.

For kids? No brainer.

Edit: also received in just 3 days... you're not gonna be waiting forever.
