I've only seen this handheld less one other time, the pink model on the sale at the beginning of the month ended up being $24 shipped. Either way, any price under $30 is a bargain. It's basically Anbernic's take on the R36s, but with improved materials across the board. The displays are pretty close in quality, but the triggers, face buttons and sticks are all greatly improved over the R36s. The plastics are also improved.
I'd recommend dArkOS for these. You can use the provided blue Kioxia card (they're actually good!) or another MicroSD. The provided OS is mostly fine, it's just bloated with tons of mediocre games.
This handheld is capable of emulating everything up to PSX comfortably. Where it starts really struggling are with the more demanding half of N64, PSP and Dreamcast. It'll struggle to run something like Goldeneye, but plays Mario 64 mostly fine. Mariokart can be played, but expect some occasional stuttering.
The 'Classic Up [aliexpress.us]' which appears to simply be a rebranded Anbernic RG35XX Pro (featuring the H700 chipset); and the 'Retro Land [aliexpress.us]' which seems to be an RG40XX H. Interesting times. Not sure if Anbernic will be able to dodge the speculation that BatleXP is their sub-brand (or at the very least, a partner company) any longer.

The BatleXP G350 is a low cost retro emulation handheld that feels like a rebadged Anbernic, with notably better plastics, buttons, triggers, and sticks than the R36s. It handles PS1 and GBA comfortably, and even Mario 64 mostly fine, while N64, PSP, Dreamcast, and games like Goldeneye can struggle or stutter. The stock system is bloated with mediocre games, but custom firmware options like dArkOS, ArkOS, Pan4Elec, and Knulli are available. The included microSD cards have been mixed, so backing them up and keeping a spare card on hand is wise.
The AliExpress coin and app cart flow can lower the effective shipped price for rebranded models.
The handheld can emulate up to PSX comfortably while handling Mario 64 mostly fine.
The included blue microSD cards are Kioxia-branded and have reportedly stayed reliable over a year.
The device build quality and button feel reportedly come across as surprisingly good.
The included microSD cards can vary by batch, and unbranded blue cards may be less dependable.
Coupon codes may fail to work, and some discounts may require specific Ali app and cart steps.
The handheld struggles with demanding N64, PSP, and Dreamcast titles like Goldeneye.
The stock OS can feel bloated with tons of mediocre games, which may require swapping firmware.

That's $29 less than the lowest priced RG35xx Pro I can find on Aliexpress. ($61 shipped at the moment) Generally the RG35xx Pro is available on sale for ~$50 shipped. It never includeds a case BTW, that's an extra expense you typically pay $5-$10 more.
An entry level handheld that can play all DS games with 2 screens would be the Anbernic RG DS. It's seen some serious improvements since launch with the stock OS, and GammaOS makes it a good experience with DS as well. I haven't personally used one of these, but they now appear to be a great way to play DS games. It isn't powerful enough for 3DS unfortunately. It's currently around $100 on Aliexpress, but I have frequently seen it as low as $85 before taxes.
On the high end is the Ayn Thor. It can play all DS and virtually all 3DS games with few problems. It is however 3x the price as the RG DS, so with quality comes a cost.
There are a smattering of other options out there like adding a secondary screen to a Retroid Pocket 5 / 6, but that's a little clumsy for my tastes.

EDIT: Gone now
Currently, it looks like I can get a RG40XX H for:
$74.25
-$8.00 off $50 coupon
-$17.43 Coins
$48.82
State Sales Tax (8.5%) $4.15
$52.97
That's a fair bit lower than Anbernic's listing. I think this is a way for them to offload higher inventory items, while still trying to keep the Anbernic branded appliances closer to full price.
