I've only seen this handheld less one other time, the pink model on the sale at the beginning of the month ended up being $24 shipped. Either way, any price under $30 is a bargain. It's basically Anbernic's take on the R36s, but with improved materials across the board. The displays are pretty close in quality, but the triggers, face buttons and sticks are all greatly improved over the R36s. The plastics are also improved.
I'd recommend dArkOS for these. You can use the provided blue Kioxia card (they're actually good!) or another MicroSD. The provided OS is mostly fine, it's just bloated with tons of mediocre games.
This handheld is capable of emulating everything up to PSX comfortably. Where it starts really struggling are with the more demanding half of N64, PSP and Dreamcast. It'll struggle to run something like Goldeneye, but plays Mario 64 mostly fine. Mariokart can be played, but expect some occasional stuttering.
The 'Classic Up [aliexpress.us]' which appears to simply be a rebranded Anbernic RG35XX Pro (featuring the H700 chipset); and the 'Retro Land [aliexpress.us]' which seems to be an RG40XX H. Interesting times. Not sure if Anbernic will be able to dodge the speculation that BatleXP is their sub-brand (or at the very least, a partner company) any longer.

Those are indeed just rebadged Anbernic handhelds. I think they're using their BatleXP subbrand to sell off overstock of certain handhelds. I'd be tempted to pick up a RG40XX H or rebranded model for cheap, but I just got a Mangmi Air X for my "low-end, take anywhere" handheld.
Asking cause I wanted to get one for my kid, but I wanted to get rid of a bunch of games I know he won't play.... so when he's choosing what to play, he doesn't have to go through tons of random games each time looking for what he wants.

Yes, you can delete games on it. (I'd make a backup just in case)
I actually have 3 SD cards with different OS just to see which one works better and if one fails.
Although they do say to replace the SD card immediately if you get the blue card and not the Lexia? card.
