Plesse check if this is the USB type C model before you buy. I believe spotmate switched to a two prong model in a newer revision. It is worth getting the new one because imo the USB c one might have a defect causing it to stop charging. Not official, just my speculation.

Disappointing to hear... anyone know of a trimmer that really won't nick and cut my sack? Should I just spring for the Philips Norelco Oneblade?

Yup oneblade is the one. I only have older one with attachment to not get cuts, I have seen new feminine ones which work without any attachments

Just use the #1 guard this comes with and you won't get nicked. If you want to be clean and shaven like Denzel in 2 Guns then yeah get something better.

I hardly ever downright tell people to avoid a product by any means necessary but this is one I do! Please do not buy this! I used this once and it made me wonder just how much blood I should lose from a single knick before I go to a doctor. When it comes to your sensitive bits don't cheap out. I highly recommend the Ballber Pro by HappyNuts. Anything can cut you, but a high quality trimmer that is actually designed for the old wrinklies will be a lot less painful and from my experience bleed a lot less.

Guys, after using Manscape products and a few others, I found the best solution for a clean, smooth sack and shaft, just use Wife or GF Venus, they are really good, never even had a single knick or cut.
