RockAuto is no longer bueno IMHO and I don't use them any more. I am definitely not alone in that sentiment based upon various Reddit and YouTuber opinions as well. The bizzare mix of multiple items and multiple warehouse shipping costs coupled with terrible packaging, old/stale parts, broken and/or missing items has just become too frequent with them. If you do go with them be sure to go over your order with a fine tooth comb to look for defects, damage and/or if it is even the right part. Waiting until you actually start working on the vehicle and are past the return policy is where people get the most frustrated. My last order included radiator/heater hoses that were supposedly name brand but they did not have any tags and were so squishy I returned them for a refund. That order also had a new AC condenser that came with a complimentary dent in the top that had perforated the fine mesh coils along the face. The packaging was absolutely fine so it had to have happened at the warehouse. Just sharing my own experiences so YMMV...

It's unfortunate that RockAuto completely halted sales and shipping to Arizona over a sales tax dispute. If you try to ship to AZ, the website will reject your payment at checkout.

All Fram filters are at clearance prices at Rock Auto right now. Also worth it to check closeout deals for your vehicle. Choose your vehicle year and model and click "Show Closeouts Only" at the bottom of the parts menu categories. Lots of deals on everything from brake rotors to wiper blades.

For those rebuilding spindles on their zero turn mower, Rock currently has SKF RA100RR bearings for $10.15 after 5% discount, which is a very good price on a premium grade bearing. They don't fit all zero turns of course but are a popular part for prosumer and commercial machines.

There is no phone customer service. I ordered exhaust and it did not fit correctly as advertised. I had to figure it out on my own or pay to ship back their mistake. Not doing that again. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) .

RockAuto looks like a bargain until you go to checkout and the shipping quickly adds up if the items are from multiple warehouses. Then you spend way too much time trying to pick items that ship from only one warehouse to save on shipping, then you just get annoyed and never place the order.
