I have 1 in my office (to allow a 3rd portable monitor on my work computer...MS Teams Chat (3rd monitor) is now always up along with Outlook (1st monitor) and a monitor for excel/etc (2nd monitor).
I have another 2 in the living room clamped to a ($20) portable/collapsible desk to allow for me to do work email in the evening on my couch, but I can attach my personal laptop for other tasks on the couch. On the 2 mounts are two 15" portable monitors that are powered by USB-C. You can actually buy 24" portable monitors if you want, but 15" is a great travel size for a backpack especially for work (as using a laptop screen alone in a hotel room is inefficient). Most portable monitors that I have seen have VESA 75mm holes that this mount accommodates.
I have one more in my garage for a Dell monitor connected to a FireStick and mounted on my hydraulic press. Allows me to use it for YT videos on repairs and watching baseball or FIFA. Go USA!!!
Again, the best feature of these is the popoff feature. I can remove any monitor from the arm to transport to a different mount located elsewhere...or to disassemble this one which is 3 pieces including the base (e.g., if I need to use my press in the garage, I can just easily take off the monitor and mount).
