I can't even figure who owns this company or runs it. They only sell on Amazon and eBay. There should be a SDS attached to this but I can't find it.

This is a mulch and gravel binder meant to keep rock, pebbles, and wood chips in place on slopes, paths, and beds, with free shipping and a promo code that brings the 2 gallon bucket down to about $30. It is described as fast drying, non toxic, and safe for plants, soil, pets, and family, and it is mixed with water and applied in coats. Practical concerns center on the 24 hour wait between coats, sprayer clogging, and the need to clean equipment between uses. There are also worries about labeling quality, missing safety documentation, and whether it really holds up under foot traffic or breaks down into microplastics over time.
Common Questions (5)
The listed protection duration is 12-24 months, with 2-3 coats and 24 hours between coats recommended. A practical caveat is that it may look good initially but not hold up well to handling or foot traffic, so it is not an epoxy-like bond.
It can be sprayed or mixed directly onto the mulch surface, but the 24-hour wait between coats can clog a sprayer if you leave product in it. Cleaning the sprayer between uses helps avoid that hassle.
The promo code works at checkout, but you may need to be logged in and re-apply it across mobile or desktop if it does not stick immediately. The same coupon also reportedly worked on the 4-gallon version.
It is used to stabilize gravel, pebbles, stones, wood chips, rubber, or pine needles so they do not shift from wind, rain, pedestrians, or pets. It is especially useful on slopes where loose rock can roll underfoot.
The product is labeled non-toxic and safe for plants, soil, pets, and family, and it is said not to affect plant growth or water absorption. A concern raised is that it may break down into microplastics and leach into soil or runoff.

For every one of us who says no, there will likely be hundreds or thousands who go on to pollute the soil with this. On top of that, microplastics are in pretty much everything, so there's a good chance that we're polluting in plenty of other ways.
Normally I would say every little bit counts but this is one of those things that requires a big shift. These companies are perfectly fine with putting the onus on consumers while they manufacture the crap en masse. It's like trying to bail water out of a boat with a shot glass while someone is actively drilling holes through the bottom.
