I can't even figure who owns this company or runs it. They only sell on Amazon and eBay. There should be a SDS attached to this but I can't find it.
Community Reviews
This is a mulch and gravel binder meant to keep rock, pebbles, and wood chips in place on slopes, paths, and beds, with free shipping and a promo code that brings the 2 gallon bucket down to about $30. It is described as fast drying, non toxic, and safe for plants, soil, pets, and family, and it is mixed with water and applied in coats. Practical concerns center on the 24 hour wait between coats, sprayer clogging, and the need to clean equipment between uses. There are also worries about labeling quality, missing safety documentation, and whether it really holds up under foot traffic or breaks down into microplastics over time.

For every one of us who says no, there will likely be hundreds or thousands who go on to pollute the soil with this. On top of that, microplastics are in pretty much everything, so there's a good chance that we're polluting in plenty of other ways.
Normally I would say every little bit counts but this is one of those things that requires a big shift. These companies are perfectly fine with putting the onus on consumers while they manufacture the crap en masse. It's like trying to bail water out of a boat with a shot glass while someone is actively drilling holes through the bottom.
It wasn't that long ago that smoking in bars and restaurants was common. You may not have smoked inside but others still did. It took regulation to put a big dent in the problem.

Nothing says on Amazon and I have zero faith the "watering can with holse" and "1/3 quart warter" company really knows what "non-toxic" means.
Might be good to look at but didn't stand up to handling. Doubt that it will be resistant to foot traffic. Don't expect an epoxy effect. Expect to waste money.
It also has its horde of 5 star vine reviews of someone simply holding the jug.
