This Greenworks 80V blower and trimmer bundle stands out as a strong clearance buy for yard cleanup, especially if you want more power than a 40V setup. The blower is described as much stronger than first generation units and the box lists 180 MPH, while the trimmer feels like a major step up from 40V models. The package includes a 3Ah battery, and Costco backing adds peace of mind. The main caveat is that the bundle may be more power than needed for a small yard, and some clearance pricing has varied lower. A solid value if you want extra cordless muscle.
The bundle reportedly includes a 3Ah battery, which increases usable runtime without buying an extra pack.
The blower is reportedly much stronger than first-generation Greenworks units, suggesting improved power in this model.
The package reportedly provides a major power step up when upgrading from a 40V trimmer to the 80V trimmer.
Costco backing is described as a deal advantage, which can reduce risk when buying a clearance power tool set.
The 80V Greenworks performance is reportedly lower than EGO in comparison tests, even if reliability is higher.
The box reportedly lists the blower at 180 MPH, but that spec alone may not match expectations for overall clearing performance.
The set may be less useful if you already own the matching blower and chargers, since the extra battery is the main added value.
