Stay away from Eufy. Updated app is untested and released broken. Software engineers need to be fired. Support staff are clueless. Save your money and look elseware!!!

yeah I noticed that as well, not a single eufy post goes without his useless comments, 100% sure his problems are user error or crap wifi, I got tons of eufy cameras on my property alongside ring cameras and I have zero issues, ring open and start working instantly, while eufy has a bit longer loading wait time but never had any of the cameras fail or not record correctly, and yes I have the eufy cameras due to the local storage, because if my internet goes down, the ring cameras are useless so each has its pros and cons
