The 10.99 price is on 10+ rolls. OP may want to put that in the details.

And that the price is for refills only otherwise it's higher.

Sure, a buck off a single item doesn't mean much but when you're buying in bulk, which you have to do to get that price, that buck off equals nearly another refill.

The lowest previously was 12.99 for 10+ refills so this is 2 bucks off. Great deal

How's this compare to Sunlu?

I'm only grabbing stuff at like $5.50-$7 a roll now. But that's usually Chinese brands or Sunlu on sale.

Aside from Bambu Labs being a terrible company no one should support, they don't make their own filament, so you're paying extra for branding and an RFID tag. Just take the tags off old spools and tape them to the OEM ones. I don't remember who makes what (sunlu makes their petg, last I looked), but the time it takes to hunt that info down is easily worth the effort. It opens up cheaper prices year-round and increases the number of sales.
Or, spend 2 minutes of effort and 30 minutes of print time to dial in flow from other brands, and pay half price forever.
(I bought an X1C at launch, loved it, and watched BL become worse and worse in real time. Now, they'll never get another dollar from me. They are not a company worth supporting.)

For what it's worth, Bambu recently released a line of PLA filament that's food-contact safety certified. Comes in 5 colors: Milky Pink, Baby Blue, Apricot, Pure White, Absolute Black.
https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/pla-pure
  • Five ingredients, every one EU food-contact certified
  • Low indoor printing emissions, certified to UL GREENGUARD 2904
  • Safe for kids to play with, certified to EU toy-safety standards (EN 71)
  • Diameter: 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm

Of course, if that's the route you want to go, you'll need to switch all components to food-grade like the nozzle, etc.

Same filament, added a label, and $5 to the price.
The nozzle doesn't matter one iota.
PLA is made from corn starch. You could eat the stuff, although I wouldn't, food grade label or not.
The printers are nice, the filaments are definitely overpriced, and I'm not a fan of their forced cloud printing excuses. No reason the app can't send direct to printer.
We have an a1 mini w/ams lite, probably going to get a Centauri C2 or...? The bambu stuff is getting too spendy for what it is.
